The Africa Women Conference (AWC) has officially opened applications for its groundbreaking initiative — the AWC Women and Girls Digital Technology Hub AI & Data Science Program. This dynamic and fully virtual program is tailored to equip over 100 women and girls from across Africa with high-demand skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Data Analysis.
About the Program
This intensive 9-month learning journey is split into two distinct phases:

Phase 1 (3 Months) – Starting in July 2025, participants will engage in structured online training with live bi-weekly interactive sessions, guided mentorship, and foundational courses in AI and data science. This phase is designed to help learners gain core technical knowledge while being part of a supportive digital community.

Phase 2 (6 Months) – Upon successful completion of the first phase, participants will transition into a self-paced learning period with continued access to premium DataCamp licenses. This extended access allows participants to deepen their technical expertise, explore specialized data topics, and pursue additional certifications at their own pace.
